Director of Accounts ReceivablesAmy started with Wardlaw Claims in 2000 as the Administrative Assistant. Her main role included the maintenance of all adjuster records such as contract packets and licensing. In the midst of Hurricane Allison, she quickly transitioned into the accounts receivable side of the business, then to office manager and then to her current role.
IT Project ManagerMichelle handles data management and tech support. Prior to Wardlaw, Michelle’s been a loan officer of reverse mortgages, a librarian’s assistant, and a barista. At Baylor University in Waco, she acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Media with a minor in German. She has served on the boards of the Waco Young Professionals and the Waco Swing Dance Society. She also enjoys live music and anime.
Administrative AssistantAs an admin, Jessica handles claims processing for one of Wardlaw’s carriers along with data entry for HR when needed. She started out with Wardlaw as a temp in May of 2011 and was hired on full time in September of the same year. A native Texan, Jessica hopes to attend UT in the future. In her free time she enjoys reading.
Amy K Jones
System AdministratorAmy has been with Wardlaw Claims Service since 2000 when she originally began as the assistant Systems Admin. In 2003 Amy was promoted to Systems Admin taking on the daily management of the Wardlaw Data Center and strategic capacity planning.
Cari Wardlaw Keahey
Processing Team SupervisorCari Wardlaw Keahey is the Processing Team Supervisor for Wardlaw Claims Service. Cari began working for Wardlaw in 1991 with answering the phone & sorting invoices and has since assisted in many capacities including call center supervision, file review, and as an inside adjuster for TPA claims.
Claims ProcessorFelicia has been a claims processor at Wardlaw since 2012. Her daily duties include process payments, drafting correspondence letters to policy holders and handling process policy information requests from adjusters. "I love what I do and all the people I work with," she says.
Lead DeveloperIn his own words: “I'm a husband to one, a father to two and a friend to many. I graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Information Systems in 1995. Since that time I've worn many hats in the IT world from Junior Programmer to Director. However, through all that time I've always been a software developer.
National Recruiting ManagerDominique joined Wardlaw Claims Service in 2008. While working as the Executive Assistant for Wardlaw, she also attended college full time, and interned, working towards her Child Psychology degree.
Claims ProcessorIn 2005, Hac worked as a temporary at Wardlaw during hurricane Katrina. Hac has been in the insurance industry prior to Wardlaw: From January of 2006 to November of 2011, he worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Benefit and Claims Services.
