Director of Human ResourcesCrystal Bell joined the Wardlaw team in January of 2015. She has extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources, and enjoys getting to play the dual role of advocate for the company as well as each employee. She has not only served in previous roles as the Human Resources Director, she also held a previous positon as the Director of Operations for another firm. Due to her experience in â€œthe big pictureâ€� of operations, she understands the impact Human Resources has as a whole and can provide holistic direction on issues that directly impact the business.
Director of Catastrophe ClaimsKen is the Manager of WCCA, Wardlaw's California-based Company, and is also in charge of commercial and residential catastrophe and day claims handling.
Ray Hickok, XAT
Director of Training & Daily ClaimsRay is responsible for preparing class criteria and conducting training courses for the Wardlaw Training Center. And as part of the Management team, he also reviews files and supervises field adjusters.
Diana Waggoner, AIC AINS
National Account ManagerDiana Waggoner is National Account Manager and trainer for Wardlaw's State Farm account. She began working for us in 2014. Diana has twenty five years of experience in insurance claims: twelve years as a staff adjuster with Allstate and most recently thirteen years with State Farm as adjuster, manager and Auto trainer.

Field Commercial DirectorSome of Jeff's responsibilities include working with adjusters and carriers to resolve any issues and training new adjusters. He first started with Wardlaw working mold claims in Northern CA in 2002, and received his current position in 2012. <
Nathan Rendo, XAT
Field DirectorNathan primarily reviews files and mentors adjusters. He first started with Wardlaw in 2005 as a CAT adjuster and worked his way up from there.
Jason Keahey, XAT
Field ManagerJason is responsible for handling file reviews and adjuster development. He began working for Wardlaw in 2004 as an Independent Adjuster during Hurricane Frances. He has experience as an insurance agent on the sales side, as well as a staff adjuster working Auto Claims in-house for State Farm Insurance Company. In 2011, he began assisting in reviewing files for Hurricane Irene and then joined Wardlawâ€™s Management Team in his current position in 2012. Jason holds multiple licenses and is certified by several carriers throughout the country. From 2006-2007 Jason was on the agency side of Farm Bureau Insurance Agency. Then, in August of 2007, he went to State Farm where he worked as a Complex Auto Liability Claim Representative.
Luke Reasoner, XAT
Field ManagerSince 1978 Luke has worked in the insurance industry on both the agency and claims side of the business including training both multi-line agents and adjusters.
Field ManagerMichael is responsible for handling file review and adjuster development. Michael also interacts with adjusters in reviewing the accuracy of mitigation services. He began working for Wardlaw in 2001 working all types of BCO claims. In 2001 he was the first adjuster assigned to the California Complex Claims Team.
Paul Beseda, XAT
Field ManagerPaul is responsible for handling file reviews, adjuster supervision and he also assists with maintaining carrier relationships. He joined Wardlaw as a field adjuster in 2011, became a team leader in 2012 and was asked to join the management team early in 2013. Paul has an extensive history in the insurance and construction industries dating back to 1984 when he would label Polaroid and 35 mm photos for his dad, who was a staff adjuster at the time.
Field ManagerTailorâ€™s responsibilities as a Team Leader for Wardlaw Claims Service include daily claims assignments and approvals, field re-inspections, quality assurance audits, training, attending monthly carrier meetings, and recruitment sessions.
Team LeadJohn was asked to join Wardlaw Claims as an adjuster back in 2000 by his great uncle and founder of the company Pat Wardlaw. He then came to supervise and review files for Hurricane Ike, and finally received his current position in 2011.
