Michael "Mike" N. Wardlaw has been a Partner in Wardlaw Claims Service since 1993, which was a year after he joined the company as Manager of Quality Assurance. Prior to coming onboard at Wardlaw, Mike worked for more than 20 years in steel and iron manufacturing, during which he owned and operated Waco-based Heart of Texas Steel.

Partner William "Bill" F. Wardlaw oversees financial operations at Wardlaw Claims. Although he was born in Marshall, Texas, Bill was raised in Waco and literally grew up exposed to the independent insurance claims industry starting in the early 1960s when his father, Patrick N. Wardlaw, began his Insurance Adjusting career and then established Wardlaw Claims Service in 1965.

Vice President of Business Operations Jeff Keahey manages the daily operations of Wardlaw Claims Service including administrative, systems, software development, call center, marketing, and training departments.

Debra’s 20 years of experience in national market expansion strategies, territory startup and turnaround, business and channel development, strategic partnership building, sales team training and management, key account management and complex negotiations and sales cycles come in handy at Wardlaw Claims Service.
Chris Wardlaw

Chris is responsible for field operations for Wardlaw Claims Service. His duties include coordinating both daily and catastrophe events. Chris graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor's Degree in both Risk Management and Insurance, and Management. He met his wife, Haylie, while at Baylor and they have one son.

Senior Consultant
Senior Consultant John Fontenot joined Wardlaw Claims Service in 1981. Beginning as an adjuster, he was promoted to Lead Adjuster in 1983 and was among the first to join the Management Team in 1999. His background in the adjusting field extends back to 1966 and includes stints as a Risk Manager and Regional Claims Manager. John holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
